1. After starting up every day, the operator must check the working status of the cooling water flow of the electric spindle, whether the water pump is working properly, whether the cooling water is contaminated by scale and microorganisms, whether the pipeline status is normal, and ensure that the cooling water circulates normally. It is strictly prohibited to turn on the electric spindle without cooling water passing through.

2. The operator needs to use a vacuum cleaner to clean the debris on the rotor end and motor terminal of the electric spindle after finishing work every day, in order to prevent debris from accumulating on the rotor end and terminal, thus avoiding debris from entering the bearings and accelerating the wear of high-speed bearings.

3. When replacing the tool on the electric spindle, the operator must first unscrew the pressure cap clamp. The electric spindle cannot be replaced by directly inserting or removing the tool! Operators should develop a habit of cleaning the card head and pressure cap thoroughly after unloading the knife.
